3. Video Publication & Monetization
By submitting an audition and accepting the FACELESS TO STAR — SUBMISSION TERMS & RIGHTS, you authorize Faceless Pictures 3 Pvt. Ltd. to use, publish, edit, promote and commercially exploit your submission as described in those terms.
Where submissions are published on third-party platforms, those platforms may also apply their own terms, policies and privacy practices.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share information where reasonably necessary with:
Our casting, production and creative teams
Service providers assisting us in operating the website or audition process
Digital, social-media and hosting platforms on which submissions are published
Government authorities or law-enforcement agencies where required by law

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate Faceless to Star, evaluate and administer submissions, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements and protect our rights.

All scripts, dialogues, songs, scenes, one-page scenes, prompts, logos, taglines, designs, website content and other materials made available by Faceless Pictures 3 Pvt. Ltd. are owned by Faceless Pictures 3 and/or their respective rights holders.
Such materials may not be reproduced, distributed, published, commercially exploited or otherwise used outside the authorized Faceless to Star audition process without prior written permission.
3. Audition Submissions
All audition submissions are governed by the FACELESS TO STAR — SUBMISSION TERMS & RIGHTS displayed on the audition submission page.
Those terms govern the ownership, assignment, licensing, publication, editing, promotion, commercial exploitation and monetization of submitted material.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not:
Misuse or interfere with the website
Attempt unauthorized access
Submit unlawful, infringing or fraudulent material
Reproduce or commercially exploit Faceless Pictures 3 materials outside the authorized audition process
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction at Mohali, Punjab, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

All auditions must be submitted through the official Faceless to Star audition submission page.
We do not accept audition submissions through email, WhatsApp or social-media DMs.

FACELESS TO STAR
SUBMISSION TERMS & RIGHTS
By clicking Submit, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that your submission is created in response to the script, song, scene, one-page scene, narration prompt or other material provided by Faceless Pictures 3 Pvt. Ltd., which remains the exclusive property of Faceless Pictures 3 and/or its respective rights holders.
Depending on the category selected by you, your submission may consist of:
An acting audition or performance
A video narration of your original writing or story
A video directing exercise based on a one-page scene provided by Faceless Pictures 3
You understand and agree that your submitted video and the performance, narration, direction, writing and/or other creative contribution contained in it may be used by Faceless Pictures 3 as part of Faceless to Star, its talent-discovery and audition initiative.
RIGHTS GRANT
You hereby assign and grant to Faceless Pictures 3 Pvt. Ltd., on a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable and perpetual basis, all rights, title and interest, including applicable intellectual-property rights and performer’s rights, in and to your submitted video and the creative contribution contained in it, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You expressly consent to the editing, cropping, excerpting, dubbing, subtitling, adaptation and other modification of your submission for the purposes described in these Submission Terms & Rights, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and agree not to object to such permitted uses except where such objection cannot lawfully be excluded.
You expressly authorize Faceless Pictures 3 to upload and publish your submission on YouTube and other digital or social-media platforms as part of Faceless to Star, including for public voting, evaluation, talent discovery, promotion and publicity.
You further authorize Faceless Pictures 3 to edit, reproduce, excerpt, dub, subtitle, adapt, archive, distribute, communicate to the public and otherwise use the submitted video and its contents in connection with Faceless to Star, its auditions, films, productions, marketing, publicity and related activities, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
You acknowledge and agree that Faceless Pictures 3 may use your submission to identify, evaluate, promote and showcase emerging actors, writers and directors.
Publication of your submission does not create any obligation on the part of Faceless Pictures 3 to cast, engage, employ, commission or otherwise select you for any film, production or project.
MONETIZATION & COMMERCIAL EXPLOITATION
You agree that Faceless Pictures 3 shall have the exclusive right to monetize and commercially exploit your submitted video and the rights granted herein, and that all advertising, platform, licensing or other revenue arising from such exploitation shall belong solely to Faceless Pictures 3, without any royalty or additional compensation payable to you, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree not to assert any claim for additional payment or royalty arising from the permitted uses of your submission, video, performance, narration, direction or other creative contribution.
By submitting your video, you confirm that you have read, understood and voluntarily accepted these Submission Terms & Rights.
